Fantastic Fundraising

The effort and enthusiasm from students have been fantastic and we’ve had a

great start to our big fundraiser for the year, as we were unable to hold a Gala

Day.

Can your child come up with ideas to help them fundraise? - chores, helping a

neighbour in the garden, I am sure there are many more ideas they can think of.

Please keep sharing your child's link

Go to schoolfunrun.co.nz, share your online fundraising link via SMS, Email

and Social Media.

If someone would like to sponsor your child and give them cash, they can

do this.  Please take the money to the office, with your child's name and room

number and we will be able to add the amount to their profile.

THANK YOU! for the support, we have received from everyone.  It isn’t too

late to make a profile for your child if you haven’t done one yet.

The School Colour Fun Run is all about FUN!

October 21 2022

Get behind the school and help us reach our goal.  This is replacing Gala Day this year.  Your child will bring home a booklet and newsletter.

How Does My Child Fundraise?

Firstly, go to schoolfunrun.co.nz and create a student profile page. Everything to do with your fundraising revolves around this page. Share the page with family and friends (Facebook, Email, or text) and let the fundraising begin.  The children can offer to do a chore, or help in some way to exchange for sponsorship.  The children can have fun watching their page evolve, collecting stickers, earning badges and seeing the leaderboard.

Students who raise just $10 will be able to choose a prize! The more they raise, the better their reward – you will find the full range in your sponsorship form.

WIN  JUICY’S FOR THE CLASS

The class that has the most profiles by Friday 16th September will receive Juicy’s.

Winners will have the Juicy’s delivered to their class on Monday.

Play Provocations

Our focus changes for the next two weeks to Digital technology. The children will be giving instructions to a partner to follow a series of steps combined with real-life scenarios.

Recycling

Please keep the recycling materials coming into school.  It is amazing to see the different things that can be made from cardboard boxes, bottle tops, and other recycling materials.
