Wow, what little superstars Kākano 7 were at hosting the assembly on Friday. With a few nerves earlier in the week, they absolutely nailed it on Friday and I was so proud of them. I am sure all our family and friends who were there were very proud too. Once I have the photos from the assembly I will post them for you all to see.
Last Friday at assembly the Junior Kapa Haka group performed for
the first time. They were amazing and this Friday they will perform
at JPC which is very exciting for them.
On Monday we have a Teacher Only Day. Remember if you require care for your child tomorrow you can ring Maryanne Roling from Glenholme Afterschool Care. Mary Anne’s contact number is 347 0709 or 021 121 5599.
Swimming - No swimming for any Kākano classes this week as the senior children have swimming instructors teaching them this week.
Holiday Reading Logs - are due now
We will have a lucky draw at our assembly this Friday. Thank you
to all those children who have already returned their holiday
reading logs.

sizzle and juicies $1.50 each, roller skating at lunchtime.
